Vehicle Blog

My project vehicles, detailing historical work / upgrades to them, current progress and future plans.

At present I am concentrating any time I can put towards this website in to the main V8 relevant content. For that reason this section of the website unfortunately will be added to at a later stage.

However it will, eventually, feature the folling vehicles.

4.6 Twin Turbo P38 Range Rover. Many of you know me from finding the Twin Turbo Tuesday videos on the RPi Engineering YouTube page, well at 6psi of boost the upper inlet manifold flow was limiting us to 300bhp so next for this vehicle is a new design top inlet and then its time to turn up the boost!!

The DisKAvery my 4.6 V8 powered Ford KA bodied Discovery 1. Created out of madness and necessity this 100% LPG powered V8 really needs some attention to get it through a kit car test so I can drive it on the roads.

My Series II 88″ Land Rover. Curently a 2.25 petrol engine although the next engine build I do for myself will be a high compression 3.5 litre on twin carbs for this vehicle. All in good time you understand.

And finally the drag car, my 1975 MGB GT. Currently the 4 cylinder 1.8 litre engine however this car has a very different stance when I bough it from auction. Someone was definitly building something “different” and it will suit my needs well for some V8 engine development with larger bhp figures from variouse setups I want to investigate.
